Final chance to weigh in today, and I finally made my weight! Whew!
It took two days of water fasting, and an extra 11,000 step walk but I hit the target. I was pleasantly surprised at not getting very hungry while fasting. Maybe because I had a glass of Metamucil twice a day.
Now I think I’ll concentrate on maintenance until this weight is the new normal. I’ll keep going with the Stepbets because that is “normal” now for me.
