I agree wholeheartedly! Where I would always fall off the rails after 3 or 4 weeks, I now definitely on the right track with Dietbet! I am doing 3 of the 6 month ones at the same time but started them staggered so that as the month's goals get easier for one bet I'm still challenged by the harder goals of the early months of the bet I started last! And I throw in one of the 4 week Kickstarters for an extra challenge. Those make me stress a little so I only do one at a time. And it is very helpful sharing the ups and down of this whole process with others who understand. I know family and friends mean well and can be supportive but unless they are going through thier own weight loss journey they don't fully understand the pain of feeling like a failure every time you start and quit at a diet or excercise plan and the joy when a new goal is achieved with every pound lost.I'm definitely a Dietbet fan!
