I can totally relate to this post! Some time ago I worked for a bakery, we could eat some of the stuff such as ham and cheese sandwiches and white bread for free and the rest of the food (cakes, pastries and the like) was 40% off. So I never bother to bring my own food to work and I gained 20 lbs in the course of 2 years!! Although I shed most of the weight through exercise and just by not working in that bakery anymore, I wanted to take a step to eat healthier and cleaner and shed the last couple of pounds, and that is when I found Joanna's YouTube channel.Then after, she launched this current challenge on DietBet (never heard of it before) and I was also reluctant to pay $30, but I knew that this challenge was the perfect opportunity to achieve my goal. I'm glad you could get your life back on track :) keep up the good work!
