  • For nutrition week I’m sharing my favourite protein packed breakfast. Plain Greek yogurt(19g protein), scoop of your favourite protein flavour (30g protein), and fruit of choice. I love starting the day off with one or two of the fruits and veggies servings.

I have not been getting enough sleep and it's really been making me give in to the sleep hunger, especially at night, and my weight is trending in the wrong direction. That ends today. I am determined to be dinner and done today and to make today a weight loss day. Posting for accountability.
