I don't know you allie. never saw your videos on youtube. I'm here because I have seen zuzka's videos all over the place for two years. Anyway good for you with that. and, I'm tired of people telling me I shouldn't workout either because "I'm skinny." yes, that's right, I'm skinny...but I want more than that too.
And so this challenge is so I can be tone and fit and it can kickstart me to care. I might not lose the almost 6 pounds required of me: but I know I have 6lbs of fat at least that eventually I will lose. I just also know I'll gain muscle at pretty much the same rate. If I can maintain my weight that's ideal.
So tired of my friends and people who don't know me say, "ew stop saying you want to workout." they just assume I mean lose weight...bothers me. I am skinny and SOFT. I want to be skinny and firm. anyway.
have fun enjoy. sounds like getting back on the wagon for you will only take the few weeks...I have gotten soften than a few weeks of work but am excited also!
