Ahh, yes.. that would do it! I did low carb and lost 60 lbs! But then gained it all back plus more.. Just be sure to slowly start eating them again or you might gain it all back. :(

i had a baby in october too. and am also looking to lose the weight and get back to my pre pregnancy weight from my first kiddo. Good Luck!
