Debbie, thanks so much! Its not been easy! There are days, in fact, for the first time since I started working out I missed 3 whole days!!! Well, I did do Zumba. Typically, I work out 5x a week and throw Zumba in either at home or with a large group which makes it more fun. I've also totally changed up my diet. I eat healthy, real foods. If I can, grass fed meat, organic, uncured, I'd love to be all organic veggies and fruits but that doesn't always happen. I'm going to be 50 in June! I'm so excited!!! I know this will sound redundant but seriously, if I can do it, others can too!

Or what Im doing wrong. I work out 5 days a week, unheard of prior to February! Speaking of, time to go to the gym.. LOL!

Get after it Angie! Check out the book, the Four Hour Body and you will rocket through this fat loss. Careful with those artificial sweeteners, as various studies have found them to have a fat-producing side effect similar or worse than normal sweeteners. Try cinnamon in your coffee, replaces cream and sugar, tastes great and speeds fat loss. Here is the book that helped me to lose 22 pounds in Jan of 2011 after gaining 35 during a 3 month convalescence period.
