Said no to chips from Qdoba YAY!

Well, I gave in to the halloween dessert table...probably a teeeeeny but more than I should have.

Stayed on track with meals, lost a couple pounds.

Have not completely eliminated soda yet (but have greatly reduced ...and stuck to it)
