    Have you identified milestones to celebrate? For example, after losing x amount of weight or after improving fitness. What are yours?

    Do you save your winnings for 'fun' things? I would save mine for items I coveted that would also support my goals - like a new Garmin. :)

Hi everyone! I’m here for some extra accountability. I’m currently in a transformer and I’m ahead (yay!) but my motivation is fading (boo!), so trying this also for a month to get myself back on track. Working on my last 10 lbs after losing and gaining the same 40-50 lbs for years, and determined to have this be the last time I have to lose it! Good luck everyone!

I did a 6 month dietbet last year and reached my goal, losing 16 pounds. Unfortunately I gained 10 pounds back, some while traveling and not making the best choices for the past 2 months. Not happy to admit that! So... here I go again! This time my husband will be working towards losing weight as well so that should help. Don't want to keep losing the same weight over and over! If I make the final goal this time I'll be at my lowest weight in about 7 years.

I got one too, but it’s not under a desk. I just liked the low profile and ease of storage since I live in a relatively small apartment. I like to use it while I watch a couple episodes of a show or something enjoyable that makes the time really fly by!

Hey everyone!! I’m 100% new to dietbet. I signed up yesterday night on a whim and then realized my scale was so old that it was broken lol. So I got another one just now so here’s hoping it works 😂

My story is pretty normal. I’m a mom of two kids and I’m ready to get my energy back. For the last 5 days I’ve been steadily adding more healthy habits to my routine. I’ve got quite a few lbs to lose, but I feel really happy and confident 💗✨

Haha, seriously the bread is killing me! But absolutely worth it. I’ve had zero confidence pretty much since my first was born, and now that they’re not really babies anymore (9 & 6) I’ve realized it’s ok to focus on myself a bit more. More than ok - it’s necessary! We deserve to feel good about ourselves and feel comfortable in our bodies! It makes me kind of emotional to be honest, but I’m excited. Really hoping this is the time it sticks for good!

Lori, hell yes!!! Mine are 6 and 3. I just hit rock bottom with my weight to the point where I was like…damn I can’t even find a dress for my sister in law’s wedding. That was a wake up call and I started this diet the next day lol.

We have to put ourselves first so that our kids know it’s okay to focus on THEIRSELVES when they are parents!
