Food is under control, and I'm feeling good about continuing into February
Significantly cut alcohol intake this month
Opportunities:
Adding more exercise this month. I started really well in January and got off track towards the end for to illness
I'm exploring intermittent fasting in February.
Challenges:
Staying motivated to keep myself going
Not meal planning and prepping makes it challenging to stay on track
