Food is under control, and I'm feeling good about continuing into February
Significantly cut alcohol intake this month

Opportunities:
Adding more exercise this month. I started really well in January and got off track towards the end for to illness

I'm exploring intermittent fasting in February.

Staying motivated to keep myself going

Look at Fast Like a Girl!!! I heard about Dr Mindy on a Mel Robbins podcast and I've started intermittent fasting and I love it!!!
