I think this is a great blog, it really reflects some of the same feelings I have. After the last diet challenge I did (Meltdown challenge) that ended at the end of October, there was literally no break between our group starting Dietbet. It took me a few days to get going again. I felt like I needed a break since I had been dieting for 6 weeks! (I'm saying that sarcastically - 6 weeks whatever. LOL) I think it's about a mindset that this is a lifestyle change and there is no "break" because this isn't supposed to be a temporary fix to what as you state has been a lifelong pursuit. It's okay if you have a few off days, it's the fact that you keep going. You did just reach a mini-goal so be proud, but like you said you haven't met your overall end goal and let's face it once you meet your goal weight, you have a new goal, which will be to keep it off! You definitely don't want to have to do this over again. Congratulations and keep up the good work - you will look great for your wedding
