Non-scale victory of the week!

i keep telling myself with tempting foods “i can’t eat you now but that doesn’t mean i can’t eat you EVER” and it really helps me to resist the cravings!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

i had a lot of scary health concerns come up this week. Mainly it was a severe allergic reaction to medication and it left my body with TONS of inflammation (read: water weight gain) compounded by taking prednisone which has unpleasant side effects of inceeased hunger and (oh yay) even more water retention! But the fun doesn’t stop there! it’s also that time of the month. i have been having very discouraging scale readings as well as waist measurements for a good week or two now and it’s hard. But i keep looking forward and try not to give in to the frustration.

I didn’t do my workout over the weekend. It’s always a struggle to stay active. I got my 10,000 steps but I want to be able to stick with the light weight lifting plan I started
