Speaking of fight, fight Blue Devils, I'm fighting for incremental calorie burn. During the ballgame time-outs and commercial breaks I walked around my place & did light exercises like squats. Tonight at Valentine's dinner, I'll skip alcohol and have a relatively healthy sweet dessert to not undo the progress. Slimpossible!
