Amy, come join my bet - would be good to have more healthy examples like your West Tiger hike to motivate us all. Starts tomorrow, you can use your "Do it" weigh-out as a weigh-in. Don't want to be a "Debbie Downer" but is hiking alone safe? Just asking.

Understood. When you're near goal weight this is not the right forum - working on the toning and definition becomes key. Whichever way you decide, best of luck, I enjoyed your posts.


You know, it's probably the kick in the pants I need to focus on these last few pounds. My scale hasn't ever shown me lower than 138, so it would be super exciting to meet this goal!

Wow so close!!


Hahaha, we'll see if it sticks! I ran 9 miles and donated blood yesterday, so I think that impacted my weigh-in. :)
