Not much I guess. I think everyone is different as we all have different schedules. I have to work around getting my 7 year old to school, go to work, gym it for a bit, then pick him up, home to cook and clean.. My schedule is busy- but I force myself to always make it to the gym even if just for a little while. Staying busy helps, I usually eat when I'm bored. Not buying junk or snacks... If it's in the house, I'll end up eating it!
