So glad to have you Amanda. I personally don't cleanse but that sounds like a good plan. My advice to you and everyone is to keep it simple as possible. Eat a grain, vegetable, legumes, leafy green and fruit. No processed vegan foods like cheese. Think of your body like a machine and you are feeding it nutrition.
