Hi Tracy!How are you doing?I have a difficult day today.Very tired and something I really wanted to do --> more tired and no lunch in time --> cravings --> aaaah.Luckily there was no very interesting food.I stayed food with 2 maiscrackers (not in my diet) and later (after 1.5 hours of sleep and late lunch)I indulged myself with 2 pieces of extra dark chocolate (also not part of my diet). The intention and the craving was a chocolate treat, but it didn't felt like it. Felt a bit guilty. Hope this is it and I continue my diet.My normal exercise program is 1 hour of cycling on monday, 1/2 an hour of cycling and 1/2 an hour of low weight posture training on tuesday and thursday, 1 hour walking on wednesday.What do you do?
