Non-scale victory of the week!

Reduced water retention due to IM treatment. Cuddled puppy’s.

Sleep enough and in time. Eat oat or yoghurt for breakfast. Walk at least 3 days 10.000 steps. Light muscle training 2x. Write down what I eat at what time, how I feel at that moment and how my stress and energy level are.
