Great Job, we can celebrate with some cheesesteaks and Motzo ball soup from F & M at the end of the month. This time I want my Motzo in my Motzo ball soup !!!!!

Hey Leslie! Saw your post about being starving all the time. The high protein snacks never satisfy me up either. I'm focusing on low cal snacks like plain popcorn or even jello when I want something sweet. Try also drinking a glass of water when you're hungry. That always helps me feel full. Good luck!!

Thank you! I've tried adding granola to my yogurt, and having a couple crackers with pb- but it's hard! I miss bagels :-)

Hey Leslie B! I use an app called My Fitness Pal to log my exercise and meals. It's pretty great and free! You can use it on a desktop computer or a smart phone. Check it out! Several DietBetters use it and add each other for support and motivation. If you decide to join you can add me - my screen name is htown_chic2002. Good luck! Wishing you success in the game :-)
