Keep it up daisy!! Find those yoga muscles. I absolutely LOVE and recommend "I heart yoga in the park" it's a donation based yoga practice everyday at 10 at the beautiful lantern bay park in Dana point. It overlooks the water and is soooo peaceful!

Daisy, this is so courageous of you to share! You can totally do this!! Since you love to cook I HIGHLY recommend the thug kitchen cookbook. All began amazingly healthy and DELICIOUS!!! Start with just recumbent biking for 20 min a day for your exercise.
