Hi everyone, I am posting for added accountability. My goal is to post daily, I hope to see others post as well! I am excited to make progress with all of you, hopefully we all win! I am adopting the following strategies in order to reach my goal: Daily tai chi along with the gentle strength training exercise that comes with the free program I am using from YouTube called Strength: 30 days of tai chi. This is a very gentle exercise program, which is suitable for me. Calorie control with prioritizing fiber and protein along with reducing sugar other than fruit to a minimum. 8 cups or more of water per day. Having a small cup of decaf and relaxing with that cup when I want a snack, to try to curb emotional eating. Regular sleep.
