I am working hard this last week, but not seeing much change, in fact maybe I am gaining muscle so am getting negative results which are hard to admit. God luck on this detox..I think it would drive me crazy like all the rest I've tried!

What the (rhymes with "duck")??!! Listen up princess, no more sugar is a good thing! Seriously, you'll re-introduce it (unrefined, good sugar) slowly in a healthy way. Trust me, it's worth it.
