C25K is actually a lot easier then what you'd think. You can do it. Even if you can't complete a full session, your farther along then when you started. ????We have faith in you!

Thank you.. I cant do the c25k program just yet. but Im gonna work my way up to it. I started day 1 today but could only run 40sec. and then that got lower to 30sec at a time. my calvs burned so bad. But in the end I was super sweaty.. lol

See you proved it to yourself you can't control issues that happen in your everyday life, but you can control what you choose to eat. Keep up the good choices.

I'll let you know how I do today, with a lower calorie diet. I currently weigh 235, so I'll let you know how I'm doing! I snacked on a banana before lunch, so I'm looking to put my calorie range at about 1600 for the day, instead of the 1200 recommended by Slimfast. We'll see!
