My kids have chrome books. Their school gives it to them. Don't worry about the typos. I make them all the time with my thumb ..and auto correct often just replaces with wrong words. Sad that you are losing your dog. I've been thier.

Try foam rolling after your work out. I used to be sore for 3 days after every workout, now I can barely feel that I worked out the day before! Love, love, love foam rolling, it's like giving yourself a post workout massage :)

And yes, isn't it amazing that when we want to scream in pain that we are able to hold it in as to not wake a sleeping child! Then again, if my son is awake...he learns new words! lol

Whenever I eat Thai food, I always gain 2-4 pounds... even if I stay in my calories. It is always gone in about 2 days. Because of this, I avoid salty food the two days prior to my token an round weigh-ins. I also HATE weighing in around shark week... If you look at the chart, you can see some shark week spikes... boo

Okay, this might be a crazy but I have my husband hide the scale after my weekly weigh in Saturday morning. If he doesn't I would constantly be on that thing. Weighing in (especially if I gained through the week) affects my mood and personality in a not so positive way. Just a thought for all you daily weighers.

I do almost the same with ground turkey (really lean) and i add salsa + diced fresh tomato + 1/2 avocado and a spoon of non fat greek yogourt. On a bed of fresh lettuce. Delicious!

Wow. Great blog. Thank you for putting your voice out there. I respect that you make all the food for the week ahead of time. I had much success on Nutrisystem because of everything ready, but as much as I loved the program became so sick of the food. I gotta figure out how to do what you're doing prep wise. I started carb cycling. It really works, but really had trouble getting to sleep last night on my low carb day. Normally, I'm asleep in 5 minutes, but I was still awake after 3 hours of laying in the bed last night.
