As I sit here I'm realizing how hungry I am. BUT I will not grab that snack as I'm going to bed soon. The sooner I fall asleep the sooner i won't feel hungry anymore. Right? Lol

Carrots are my first go to if I’m still too hungry at bedtime. That or a big glass of water. If I’m very very hungry, I will go for a protein snack like a couple slices of lunch meat or a cheese stick.

It’s so tricky because I’ve noticed I only lose weight when I have a little bit of hunger…probably because of the calorie defecit. If i eat till I’m full, I gain wait.

But too much hunger…then I can’t sleep and end up binging. It’s hard to find that balance!
