I did it! Way to close for comfort. Drank plenty of water the past two days, and very low cal. Yesterday was just a green smoothie and broccoli soup. I was EXACTLY at goal after going for a walk this morning. I plan on being very strict all month so the next round weigh in isn't such a nail biter! Hope you are all dropping pounds!

That's my kind of lunch. I love salads with fresh ingredients- you can eat a huge plate with few calories and lots of nutrients l. Yours looks yummy.

  • I'm not at goal for a transformer round that ends tomorrow- so it's nothing but green smoothies today. Kale, banana, almond milk, flax seeds and chia seeds. It's actually tasty!

  • Lunch: Cajun Shrimp with Hearts of Palm pasta from Trader Joe’s.

    I was rooting for the pasta, but it’s not to my liking, unfortunately. It would have made a great low carb pasta substitution!

Lisa - I have tried Healthy Noodles. It is good! I just have to remember to ask my sister to pick it up next time she goes to Costco (I don’t have a membership right now)

Lindsay - I got mine from Trader Joe’s. I think the texture is great, but the smell gets to me a bit. Maybe that’s why? :joy:

  • Although I had planned a green smoothie, I was in the mood for salad. I don't think you can eat enough raw fresh veggies. Added white tuna packed in water for protein.
