Have you been giving yourself grace and realizing small steps forward are better than trying to be perfect?
Last time we talked about this quote - perfection is the enemy of progress. I also like to put it this way ...and now that you don't have to be PERFECT you can be GOOD. Or even - continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.
No matter how you say it, remember to give yourself grace. It's a series of small habits that will help you make lasting changes. Those other small choices can be easily overcome rather than being the reason you go completely off course.
