Laura, that took so much courage to write. You have done a GREAT job on DietBet. You should be so proud of yourself! I, too, have found that choosing more healthy foods keeps me satisfied... physically AND mentally! When I feel successful I want to keep going. So, whether it is money, or pride, or poor health... or whatever it is that motivates... Yes!... take that bull by the horns! Some days we may ride... other days we may feel like we are being drug... but if we hang on at least we are moving. Enjoy the ride!
