- Day 5: Weekends are busy for me with family stuff so I don't usually get much done. I'm usually low on battery by the time the kid goes down for his nap. So, I usually nap too. All that said, although I didn't get to the gym I did stay on track with my nutrition goals. I'll find a way to get to the gym tomorrow.
(Also, I am totally in love with Natures Path keto cereal. It's the first keto cereal I've found that actually tastes and feels like real cereal. I love it with half a banana and soy milk.)
