  • I do not like the treadmill at all. But it’s the last week of a walking challenge so I forced myself to. I walked in the rain yesterday but it’s just too cold today! Here’s to the continued motivation and consistency ❤

At the beginning I was soooo good about having a fridge full of fresh food and meal prepping— but I’ve been so busy lately that my fridge is more bare and I don’t have much ready except hard boiled eggs lol. I want to avoid the temptation to reach into my freezer… what is your go-to, easiest meal that doesn’t take too much time or to many ingredients?
