Hey Missy Muffet, your fellow yoyo-er here and also a very experienced guy using BMR as an important reference. I happened to come across your BMR picture and noticed your question and figured i could help :) First I wanted to check if that 1337 number was right and I did that by typing in my own body measurements in the website you used. My results came out the same as the BMR calculation site that I use, so that checked out. (My BMR is 1730 for a 5'10 200lb male with 136 lbs of lean muscle)Your question's answer depends on your goalIf you are eating 1337 calories of food and your body is naturally burning it's 1337 calories by just being alive and existing (or sleeping 24 hours) "you are eating enough" to maintain your body's sizeIf you are eating 2139 calories and burning the total of 2139 calories that your website is estimating based on your inputted 1.6 moderate activity level, "you are eating enough" to maintain your sizeHowever, in both these examples your not losing or gaining weight so you have to choose to restrict calories or workout moreTo be honest, to lose 2 lbs of mass a week for Sarah Gilbert's competition we need to burn off an extra 1000 calories over the number of calories we eat every day for 28 daysFor me thats eating my BMR number's worth of food (1730 cals) and walking on my treadmill at 3mph with a 10% incline for 1 hour and 10 mins to burn 770 calories. I know getting up cooking eating driving showering and sitting the rest of the day probably totals

Hey! I saw you wanted my bolognese recipe! For the spaghetti squash I used this one: (https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/simple-bolognese-recipe2-1956219). BUT my favorite one is here (https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/lasagne-bolognese-51193620) where I sub ground turkey for ground pork and use bacon instead of pancetta. It's divine!

Hi there! My name is Michelle and I'm a fellow player in this game to lose 10% of my body weight and get healthier. Can I ask for your help in this journey? Specifically, I have an opportunity to win a bike (with 99 referrals). I normally shy away from things like this because I am not good at asking for things; however, one of the other things that I am trying to work on in this new chapter is living by the motto "never say never"! Will you join me in my journey to 1) never say never; 2) not be afraid to ask for help; and 3) live a healthier lifestyle? If so, you simply have to enter your email here: http://invite.brilliant.co/?ref=a272a8e46b (you can unsubscribe at any time)! Thanks so much for your time and your help!
