Hey Bea! Thanks for the Cheer! I finally got my mojo back with a new attitude. I call it FIN 2 Win, where I will Fast if Necessary. Turns out I am fasting every other day. Some refer to it as IF or Intermittent Fasting. Yeah it looks like we are in 2 games together; a Kickstart and a Transformer. I hope you are doing well. Happy New Year! And Let's Get 'er Done!

You're welcome. It will you definitely know how to make it. My scale went up before it started down ward since I joined this challenge. I'm still trying to make my goal weight by Wednesday. Something tells me, I'm going to have to do 2 workouts on Wednesday.

Thanks for the encouraging words on my Blog post. I just entered Jillian Michaels Challenge 10/18/16. I decided today was the day. Found a challenge, snapped the weigh-in pics, then hopped on my bicycle and pounded out 10 miles. Hope to see you in Jillian's Challenge.

I'm doing well. I joined two Transformers trying to lose the weight for my daughter's wedding on New Year's Eve. It isn't easy!! I'm stuck and need to shed 10 more pounds! Adrienne is with me on one of the Transformers so I have the support! I hope you're doing better. Dealing with loss is so hard!

Hey Rene hope all is well and yours, Thank you so much. I was only 10 pounds away from my goal weight. When my 2nd transformer ended, I'd gotten so depressed. I put back on 20lbs in that short time.. Feeling a little better. Just joined Jillian Michaels challenge. Hoping to get it all back off.
