A+ for determination. Definitely cut out the donuts and waffles. As for cereal, check the nutrition facts for a cereal that is low in sugar and high in fiber. Not all cereals are bad. I'll be direct with you: trying to lose 50 pounds through diet alone will be difficult. It's possible but I would recommend you stay active as well to help things along.
