Congratulations on committing to this diet bet. I've never done one before myself but when I lost weight in the past I was most successful while doing a biggest loser style challenge with a friend. We're here to help Kelly. It looks you were doing well a year ago. You can repeat the regimen again as a good start. Don't let change get the best of you, especially through eating food to cope. Envision yourself, not just in 2015, but a time when you will be done with college and your boyfriend will be a lot closer to you.
