- Well my first time not hitting my goal. This was the first thing that came to mind. I can beat myself, belittle myself, throw myself down and throw a fit, lol, or I can look at this as a milestone. I've been walking this journey since 4/23 at 320.4 lbs & I hit the goals I set each time them, even before diet bet. Each time I get to a new goal the journey becomes more difficult to get the #'s to drop the way they did before. I have learned for me this is my body saying, "I've conquered this, so what's next?" So I adjust eating, exercise, or both. This month has been a rough one. And even with that I've upped my weights, times on cardio and steps... so that's the reward this month. I'm so proud and excited for those who got the # goal and those who learned they need to adjust. So in a year I'm down 95.4 lbs in weight, and in my mind/life I'm down so much more!!
