Trying to make small changes. Switching from pop to trying to do more water. Issue is I don’t like plain water. Wife has me off the fake sugar powdered drink mixes and onto Liquid IV. Any other alternatives that are an “improvement”?

Flavored seltzer water or sparkling water can be good! I think it depends on personal preference. I'm not much help, I actually love plain water!

  • Today I went to a luncheon that was at a Mexican restaurant. When they brought the chips, I didn’t eat any, and when it came to order, I asked them no rice, but double vegetables. I saved half for dinner.
