Because of all the exercising i've done the last couple weeks, I've noticed more energy while I do regular tidying up around the house and was able to be super productive this evening with prepping breakfast and lunch for the next couple days, cleaning and laundry. Gonna knock out some aerobic kickboxing and maybe reach the 10lbs weightloss mark tomorrow! Even if I don't, i'm so pleased with my progress!

I read an article about how slowing down when you eat makes you a more conscious eater. I’m challenging myself to chew each bite at least 32 times before swallowing! It is not as easy at it sounds! Try it!

  • Food tracking streak (almost). I am actually getting used to it! I've tried and dropped it a couple times last year, but with a pro version of one app - it scans a foto of a meal, makes it possible to track (+/-, of course) meals at work. Makes fun and I see how quickly calories do sum up to a big amount indeed, like a bill at a store

I have been seriously stressed and mentally struggling with current events. I have slacked on my working out but still sticking to my diet. I am going to give myself grace and start back on my routine tomorrow. To anyone else who can relate just know we've got this!
