I’ve started logging my calories with myfitnesspal. I use the free version. It’s a little arduous, but it has helped me in the past. I also have a goal of some exercise every day. I add part of my exercise calories into myfitnesspal, but no more than half. I’m not convinced the calories burned are ever accurate, but I do feel better when I at least get a daily walk in.
