I understand that I have to post a picture, full body and then one with me on the scale with the date in front; is that correct? If so how do I go about and where do I post this picture? Can someone please help.

I have 13 hours left to post the picture, a little more because I'm EST. I don't understand where I am supposed to post this picture. It says to post early so it can be approved. However, I never received a word. I know you said they'll give me a word to write down, but since it says to post early, I was assuming I would have already received the word and directions on to where to post everyday
