Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to celebrate my daughters 18th Birthday Party with my family even enjoying some birthday cake by sticking with the Keto meal plan the rest of the week & Walking the dog more.

Tomorrow is my middle daughters 18th Birthday, so I have been busy trying to prepare for it and not so much for each days meals.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Prepare tfor dinners better, and not take my photo right after eating.
