What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have gotten to the gym today instead of laying around... but I DID just do 100 squats which may have inspired me to do a little more exercise now... and I made my step goal by walking around the lake with my husband;). On the down side, two strangers commented on me appearing to be pregnant yesterday!! It felt more humiliating than humbling...

Figuring out whether or not I’m pregnant! Lol, but seriously!! Getting in 8 workouts at the gym before leaving town... Monday yoga; tuesday am Gemma; Wednesday trc and/or Thursday Gemma; and/or Sunday yoga sculpt; Monday Nia; Tuesday spin; Wednesday trc; Thursday Gemma .... damn, this is ambitious!! Especially with Friday and Saturday being big trailer days... I’m going to need to make Thursday or Sunday a rest day!
