SKINNY Muffins1/4 Cup ground flax1 Teaspoon baking powderHoney or stevia to taste2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon1 large egg, beaten1 tbs virgin coconut oiladd nuts, berries, chia, hemp seeds what ever you like. Preheat oil 30 sec to liquidmix in egg, then dry ingredients last berries1 1/2 minutes or so microwave so not tacky on topFor savory English muffin(no cinnamon and sweetener) roasted garlic paste (optional) Microwave, Half, Toast . Microwave in a glass dish or glass measuring cup
