You're awesome and you will do this! The "community" on here is really encouraging. If you can't run, walk or even get in the pool. If you want to find a healthier way to eat, do tiny things. They really do make the difference! You will succeed! It's easy to get discouraged because we see that we have a long way to go but imagine how even after you lose 10 pounds you can look back and see that those 10 are gone! Good luck
