I am glad that you are feeling so positive!! Counting calories is definitely a mind opening experience. I didn't do it for very long because it's not a routine that works well in my life, but I learned a lot about my habits that way. Breaking portions down during the day is also an excellent strategy! It will keep you from feeling too small. Once you get to know your portion sizes, you won't even need to 'count' anymore. You'll have a really good idea of what all the numbers are in your head! Are you using a calorie counting program? I know a lot of people who use the Myfitnesspal app and love it! (I use the fitbit app but I'm a fitbit junkie :P)
