Yes. You are still a winner. I was having the same problem. I was working out and eating clean (so i thought) and never lost a pound. What is your diet like? Are you writing down everything you eat?

I typically eat 1500 day, egg white veggie omelets or steel cut oats for breakfast. For lunch, lately I have been doing soups with low sodium broth, veggies and sometime with chicken. I don't buy the soups as I make them myself as to know what all is in them. Dinner, I usually eat some chicken (I don't eat pork and rarely cook with beef) and veggies and almost never use grains for dinner per Bob Harper's Skinny rules! I snack on greek yogurt, hummus, and 100 calorie almond packs for the most part. I suppose it is pretty repetetive and will look at changing it up this week. When I workout (about 5 days/wk), I burn on average between 500 and 700 lbs per workout according to my bodybugg.
