I saw your comment about Baby being in bed - good luck losing the baby weight! I have an 18 month old and actually GAINED 25 pounds since delivering! I'm down 15 now and looking forward to losing another 10 with this dietbet. Mamas like us are so strong, we can do anything :) GOOD LUCK!

Nice to know that I have another PCOS struggler are you on ant meds for it. I'm on 2000mg of Merformin which getting to that dose I think has really helped. I think after the next baby I'm gonna look into more natural treatment.

We really do have to get creative with exercise. Its busting out of my old comfort zone to do it that's the biggest struggle.

No, I'm not on any meds for it, just crossing my fingers that losing enough weight will get my hormones back on track again.

It's helped me to have my husband also start getting active. Much easier to go on a walk, bike, go to the gym with a partner for sure!
