Good luck with your consultation! Also, I know you've probably heard this a million times...it's all about taking baby steps. I used to love sweet coffee drinks. If you slowly start reducing the amount of sugar/cream, you can eventually drink it black! haha Ok, that might be too much, but you can always have it with just a little bit of milk & no sugar--works for me!
