Darren, so sorry for your loss. I am also an emotional eater. Life stresses can easily set us back. I felt this would make me accountable if I paid. I have a very job and I bring the stress home and eat. No more. We can do this!

Being an emotional eater and drinker can lead to many things that can transform us from the person we want to be to the person we don't recognize any more. So glad you saw the pitfall you were headed to and are trying to change that. I have been an emotional eater almost all my life and I am now just learning how to turn that around. (I turn 50 next year) Good luck with your journey, have fun, don't let one bad day ruin the rest. Take it one meal, one step and one day at a time. I am also very sorry for your loss and may you find the peace your heart is searching for to deal with the loss. I wish you all the best.
