When I'm hungry at night I just go to bed before I start snacking. Lately I've been going to bed between 7 and 8.

Instead of going to bed hungry, try lemon water or sugar free jello...it works for me!

I am short too! 5"2. It's hard , but I am excited . 5 lbs on me looks more like 15lbs!
