I've been so busy, I haven't had a chance to come to the boards! Thanks for thinking about me!! :) I was doing really good, despite having a cold, then ate horribly on Father's Day!! I'm trying to rebound now. How are you doing??

I have a desk job and my 8-hr diet consisted of peppered sunflower seeds.... which of course had to be offset by sweet... LOL! I started off with lots of lemon water, lots of veggies with cayenne, tiny bit of carbs and no animal protein. I'm positive it's the initial water weight from dropping the salty/sweet habit!! I plan to add more carbs and animal protein though. I just need a kick start!!
