You can never be defeated if you just don't stop trying. ;) Regarding exercise I'd recommend you to try out as much as possible until you find something you like (or at least don't hate). Because you will never stick to it in the long run if it's a torture every time. I personally can't dance at all, I don't like swimming too much and hate biking. But running or any type of ball games are actually quite fun for me. So just try different stuff and stick to what you like. You got this. Do not quit! Good luck :)

Thank you Everyone for your advice. I came down with a gross stomach bug the last few days. I'm not sure what caused it either.. eww... Anyways, I just want to say that your posts put a smile on my face, and today I feel great and can't wait to get back to working out! The part of the dances that got to me ultimately was the criss-cross motion, and a few of you said the same thing. SO I feel a lot better I'm not alone!!

I tell myself every year that I want to lose the weight and that I will but I always tend to push it off. I am dedicated this time. I have more determination than I ever have. You are doing good. It doesn't matter what we look like doing the exercise it's what we gain from it. I got mad at my bf the other night because he was making fun of the names and how they should be done and I was worried he would make fun of me while I was doing it. It was very hard for me but I needed his help. Now I realize it doesn't matter. Keep it up, we are all here for support and we all look silly but that's part of the fun.

I took a TurboKick class on Saturday and couldn't get half the moves but I just kept moving and ended up burning tons of calories and just laughed at myself! :)

I did weight training on Saturday then on Sunday did two hours of yardwork cleaning out beds and bending over whole time. Just TODAY has my hamstring loosened up enough to let me tie my shoe. Oy!
