A very similar thing happened to me. I hopped on the scale Monday to start a new diet bet game and was shocked at how low the number was. Since then I've regained 2 pounds even though I've been exercising and staying on my eating plan. The water weight taketh away and then it gives back... c'est la vie! Carry on!
